The art guy. Most of Eric's career has been in Quality Control/ Layout Lab for manufacturing... so he has the eye for detail... but Eric's true gift is in art & design. His preferred media is graphite, and he's been creating his whole life. Eric's the type of natural talent that can take the explanation you give of an idea in your head,
The art guy. Most of Eric's career has been in Quality Control/ Layout Lab for manufacturing... so he has the eye for detail... but Eric's true gift is in art & design. His preferred media is graphite, and he's been creating his whole life. Eric's the type of natural talent that can take the explanation you give of an idea in your head, and turn it into reality. He's also exceptional at talking through your business, and coming up with something from scratch - something you've never even thought of before. Eric works on design for all types of projects, manufactures most of the signage, and all of the vehicle decals/installs.

Co-Owner - the smiling face that coordinates it all - taking orders, ordering material, manufacturing & accounting. Most of Heather's career has been in payroll/ accounting - but in addition to the business coverage - she is a natural when it comes to customer service, and will make sure you get what you need.

Tia is our newest member. She has been making shirts and designs for years, specializing in painted garments (like the one above). Tia has an eye for design, and assists in design and manufacturing a few days a week.

Emma is a full-time student at SEMO... but does make time to come in and assist with design and manufacturing. She's been making shirts on small scale for years - but really... can do about anything.

Co-Owner - Derrick's career has been in manufacturing at all levels - management and leadership for the last 25. Derrick isn't an everyday member, but is a problem solver - assisting in manufacturing and sales.

Co-Owner - Doug also has years of experience in manufacturing and warehousing - and 8 yrs on plasma table, and metal sign fabrication. Doug isn't an everyday member - but he coordinates the big/special sign jobs - from plasma cut signs, to lighted sign boxes, to lettering on your store front... and anything else. Doug takes care of special requests.
